According to venue policy the following items are prohibited:

• Backpacks of any size will not be permitted to enter for any event at Qudos Bank Arena
• Bags smaller than the approved size of 15cm x 20cm are permitted, and are subject to a search procedure upon arrival
• Baggage sizer’s are available upon entry to verify the approved sizes permitted inside the Arena
• iPads / tablets or any mobile phone measuring greater than 200mm diagonally
• Professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens telephoto lens or a lens that extends more than 5cm from the body of the camera (flash photography is
  not permitted)
• Power packs / portable charges are ok – but must be able to ‘fit in your pocket’,
  no large or excessive power packs will be admitted
• Recording devices – audio or/and visual equipment is not allowed
• Selfie Sticks / monopods or tripods
• Banners, posters, flags, or signs larger than 1 metre x 1 metre. The Manager reserves the right to have these items removed if found to impede the view of
  other patrons. Flag poles are not permitted.
• Alcohol or illegal substances of any kind
• Cans and bottles (unless event allows 1 sealed 600ml PET bottle of water) of any kind
• Eskies / hard cased cooler bags
• Weapons of any kind, including any item that can be used as a projectile
• Chains and spiked wrist / neck bands or studded belts
• Fireworks or flares
• Laser Pointers, permanent marker / felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters
• Drones and or other remote controlled devices
• Illuminating objects such as LED signage
• Motorbike helmets or balaclavas
• Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles or Vuvuzela type of noise making devices
• Umbrellas longer than 300mm (when in the closed position)
• Strollers, prams and baby capsules
• Vacuum flasks of any material
• Bicycles, skateboards / skates
• Commercial food (fast food items or food purchased from a full service restaurant) excluding items purchased by approved vendors and / or Arena catering outlets
• Commercial packet food
• Chewing Gum
• Electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporises, electronic nicotine systems or any other vaporisers
• Animals (excluding service animals)

• No backpacks of any size permitted

• No bags larger than A5 (200 mm x 150 mm) allowed

• Cloakroom available for a $10 fee, with all proceeds donated to charity

• All cloaked items will be security searched

'GA Standing & Unreserved Seating' tickets: will have access to the standing floor section and ground level unreserved seating section only, no access to level 1 of the Arena.

‘Level 1 GA Unreserved Seating ’ tickets: are restricted to Level 1 of the Arena and will have no access to the standing floor section and ground level unreserved seating.

Both of them have their own seperate amenities like a bars and food. You cannot mix! So if you are level 1, you cannot go to floor or the other way around. Be careful when selecting tickets.

VIP = ONLY FLOOR ACCESS. NO LEVEL!

No there are no seated tickets. Only difference is:

• Floor = Access to the floorspace
• Level 1 = Access to level 1 (first ring)

You cannot mix. So if you have floor you cannot go to level 1 and the other way around.

But in neither cases you dont have an assigned seat and can roam freely your area.

Ticketek is the only ticket vendor for Gearbox tickets.

Ticketek accepts all major debit/credit cards, as well as Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay for bookings made online. Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay aren't accepted over the phone or via an agency.

There will be no hard copy tickets available!

Qudos Bank Arena is centrally located within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct, approximately 17km west of Sydney’s CBD. The Arena is situated on the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park.

Qudos Bank Arena is a CASH-FREE venue. EFTPOS and credit card payment methods are accepted, including Paywave and Apple Pay technologies at all retail outlets.

If you don’t have a credit/debit card, you can visit our Information Desk, where they will provide you with an EFTPOS card for use throughout your time at the Arena for a fee of $5.

Yes there will be exclusive merchandise for sale at the event.
